June is Tennis Month in Canada and we are excited to offer anyone who is wanting to try out tennis to join us. This free session is a relaxed and welcoming introduction to the sport, with no experience necessary. You’ll learn the basics through fun games and rally-based activities while meeting other adults who are just getting started. This is a great opportunity to get active and give tennis a try. No equipment required, we will provide racquets and balls. Note: You must register to attend.

Tiny Tots – Ages 3-4

Introduce your little one to the world of tennis through fun, engaging activities designed specifically for preschool-aged children. This program focuses on developing basic movement skills, coordination, balance, and confidence using games, imaginative play, and age-appropriate tennis activities. Parents are encouraged to participate and help make each session a positive and enjoyable experience.

Junior Red Ball (Beginner) — Ages 5 – 8
Monday & Wednesday | 4pm-5pm | June 15 – July 22
Red Ball introduces the fundamentals of the game in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Using age-appropriate equipment and courts, players aged 5-8 will develop coordination, movement skills, and basic tennis techniques through a variety of games and activities. No previous tennis experience is required.

Junior Orange Ball – Aged 8-12
Tuesday & Thursdays | 4-5pm | June 16 – July 23
Designed for players of all skill levels, Orange Ball helps young athletes develop and refine their tennis fundamentals in a supportive and engaging environment. Players will work on stroke technique, rallying, movement, and court awareness through a mix of drills, games, and match-play activities. Whether your child is new to the sport or looking to build on existing skills, this program provides a great opportunity to grow their confidence and enjoyment of the game.

Teen Lessons – Aged 13+
Thursday | 5-6pm | June 18 – July 24
Whether you’re new to tennis or looking to take your game to the next level, this program is designed for teens of all skill levels. Sessions combine coaching, drills, games, and match play to help players build confidence, improve their skills, and learn how to play the game. It’s a great way to stay active, meet other teens, and enjoy a sport that can be played for life.

Development Program
Monday + Wednesday | 5-6pm | June 15 – July 22
Designed for players who have some tennis experience and would rate themselves between 1.0-2.5. Someone who is ready to build greater consistency and confidence on the court. This program focuses on developing reliable groundstrokes, serving, rallying, and court movement. Whether you’re working toward joining a league or simply looking to improve your overall game, this program will help you take the next step in a fun and supportive environment.

Adult Beginners
Tuesday | 6-7pm | June 16 – July 21
If you’ve always wanted to learn tennis, this is the place to start. Designed for players who are new to tennis or don’t have much experience. these sessions focus on building solid fundamentals, improving rally skills, and learning proper technique in a supportive and welcoming environment. By the end of the program, you’ll have the confidence to keep the ball in play, understand the basics of the game, and feel comfortable joining social tennis.

Adult Intermediate
Thursday | 6-7pm | June 18 – July 23
Designed for players who can rally consistently and are looking to become more effective in match play. This program focuses on point construction, shot selection, court positioning, and tactical decision-making through a variety of game-based drills and competitive point situations. Players will learn how to recognize opportunities, adapt to different opponents, and develop the strategies needed to compete with greater confidence and consistency.

Adult Shot Clinic

Each week, players will work on key strokes such as serves, forehands, backhands, volleys, and returns through targeted instruction, drills, and game-based exercises designed to improve consistency and control. Ideal for players looking to refine their technique, develop more reliable shots, and feel more confident during match play.

Get moving, break a sweat, and have fun on the court! Cardio Tennis combines tennis drills, games, and high-energy movement into a fast-paced workout designed to improve fitness while keeping a racquet in your hand. No advanced tennis skills are required.

Ready to move beyond lessons and start playing the game? The Adult Starters League is designed for newer players who want to build confidence, learn match play, and meet other players at a similar level. The first three weeks focus on scoring, strategy, positioning, and the flow of a tennis match, followed by three weeks of guided match play where you’ll put your new skills into action in a fun and supportive environment.
